DIAMOND MOUNTED BLADES

Red Tiger diamond coated mounted blades are plated on the front edge and have a 1/8 inch return on both the top and the bottom of the blade.

Permanently mounted on a 1/4 inch steel shank and designed to be an accessory for your Dremel or Foredom machine.

With an aggressive grit they can be used for grinding and carving on jade, porcelain, ceramic, tile, slate, etc.

Maximum RPM: 20,000

Standard Grit Size: 40-50

Blade Thickness: .080"-.100"

Shank Diameter: 1/4"

Always use dust collection, respirator or a face mask to prevent inhalation of dust particles from workpiece or abrasives.

Always seat the shank of the mandrel into the collet or chuck of the handpiece as far as possible to provide proper support.

Never use any accessory that appears to be bent, damaged, loose, out-of-balance or vibrates excessively.

Let the tool do the work. Do not force the tool or use excessive pressure.
